I am quite new to this amazing software, but have had problems getting started. Once it is launched and I select Mark v2, first it asks me if I’d like to proceed, I click on “yes” and then get in rapid succession the following error messages at the bottom of the screen:
Client omni.ui has acquired [carb::IImaging v2.2] 100 times. Consider accessing this interface with carb::getCachedInterface() (Performance warning)

I have no idea what this means nor how to fix it. Advice much appreciated!
@bob.pennypacker i am just a fellow OV user, but is it possible for you to upload the most recent log as an attachment? there could be information that could help diagnose the issue you are having. you can find the log file here:
Thank you. Really appreciate it. The entire log is very log is very long, and I have no idea what it means: This is the first several lines of it. When I pasted the entire log, it was over the character limit.
it’s fine. that’s the purpose of the log, so i wouldn’t sweat it; but it will provide information like GPU driver version, OS info, A2F extensions state, etc. if you attach the entire .kit file as an attachment into the thread, mods/devs and others can help parse and troubleshoot based on the content of the log.
looks like you are using a GTX 1650, and i think some of the issues you are experiencing are related to the hardware. RTX is needed for OV apps; so, if you have access to a RTX card, you could try and see if simply by switching the hardware will alleviate those issues. You can review the technical requirements here:
Thank you! The first tech support person I talked to noted that I didn’t have the RTX card. He was not familiar with Audio2Face and suggested that if the card were the issue, I wouldn’t have been able to open it. It seems there are other issues with the card and will replace. Really appreciate your input! Thanks so much!
