what is the problem

Also check your arduino side… This kind of interface requires both side to support.

If Arduino lacks some driver, then those interface won’t appear…

I found my problem. My cdc_acm version(4.4.13-tegra) and my system version(4.9.253-tegra) were different. I reinstalled with SD card.https://developer.nvidia.com/embedded/learn/get-started-jetson-nano-devkit#write
My current versions

~$ uname -r
4.9.253-tegra
/sbin$ modinfo cdc_acm
.
.
.
vermagic: 4.9.253-tegra SMP preempt mod_unload modversions aarch64
