This device booted up normally for the first time. I chose to exit the system and then unplugged it. When I plugged it in and turned it on again, it displayed the content shown in the picture. I’m requesting technical support to help me.

Is it hang for a long time?
The screenshot you show is normal for the boot up process.

When I plug in and turn it on, the screen shows these things, then turns off the screen, the fan speeds up for a few seconds, and finally the screen goes black. The system interface cannot be started properly.
