I can't install python numpy==1.21.1 when i try to learning NVIDIA Deep Learning Frameworks

I try to learning follow link : NVIDIA Deep Learning Frameworks Documentation

but i get this error :

Since Nano uses Ubuntu 18.04, the latest numpy release is 1.19.5.
Please update your command to the corresponding version.
