are NVidia Quadro FX 4600 + Windows Vista 64 bit + CUDA 3.2 + Parallel Nsight 1.5 + Visual Studio 2010 work together ?

Have a look at this: Nsight HW&SW Requirements
Sadly it doesnt look like NSight would support your GPU. But Im not sure bout NSight 1.5 as this info is for 1.0.

The FX4600 is compute 1.0 capable, which I am 99% sure means it won’t work with Nsight or cudagdb,
