**• Issue Type( questions, new requirements, bugs) questions
• How to reproduce the issue ? (This is for bugs. Including which sample app is using, the configuration files content, the command line used and other details for reproducing)

The /opt/nvidia/deepstream/deepstream/sources/apps/sample_apps/deepstream-3d-action-recognition has already implemented the necessary nvpreprocess library, you can use Service Maker APIs to implement the same pipeline as the sample.
