As of 4/19/2024 version 552.22 released on 4/16/2024 DOES NOT WORK!!
Do NOT install this driver. 3 steps backwards on this release. Black screens, unstable, stuttering, completely unusable, and potentially harmful. Really disappointed at this point. I believe NVIDIA have given up fixing this computer breaking issue.
528.49 released 02/08/2023 (over a year old) are still the only currently working driver for your MSI Laptops.

Also have you tried shutting SLI off and then applying the update ? If anyone here tried doing so,let me know.
Nvidia support agents keep recommend me doing that.
Hi guys.I’m having the same painful problem with my Msi GT83 6RF.Not a nice thing to do by NVidia.I’ll take the tedious procedure of disabling SLI and installing 552.22.I’ll let you know soon

The only working driver is 528.49 anything after is not working
Even the latest one 555.99
Thanks for the information. Good to know that 555.99 doesn’t work either.I was expecting that. I feel that Nvidia will not fix our problem.I wonder how about other laptops with GTX SLI cards.

The bug is actually marked fixed and passed internal QA, it should be addressed with 552.41 the latest.

Hei @wizardx , would you mind sharing your Device-ID (from System Information) or ideally a dump of DxDiag?
It seems that not every single GT83VR device is affected since we do have versions of this device where we cannot reproduce this at all.
