IMX219 J20 on TX1

Hi
I’m trying to use 6 imx219 with Auvidea J20 on Jetson TX1 with the following tutorial, but don’t know where to get the “0003-add-j20-board-driver.patch”, is this patch used for kernel to support J20. I tried “sudo i2cdetect -r -y x” , 6 addresses found, like “12 64…” but how to change it into “UU”. There is no /dev/video* device.
