Incorrect email or password is displayed in the SDK Manager 0.9.12.4180

Dear Nvidia JetPack team,

I need to install Jetpack 4.2 on TX2 for some reasons, but Incorrect email or password is displayed in the downloaded SDK Manager 0.9.12.4180, which seems to be my account locked, please help me check it, thank you!

Thank u very much for your quick response, The SDKM has been upgraded to the latest version. For some reasons I need to install Jetpack 4.2, however, JetPack 4.2 is not listed in the latest SDKM even if the command sdkmanager --archivedversions is used, is there any way to install JetPack 4.2? Thank u very much!

I think this predates the OTA upgrade, and also --archivedversions. Check for that specific release here:
https://developer.nvidia.com/linux-tegra

This might indeed be a problem if login fails for this older version, but at least using the new JetPack/SDK Manager validates your login.

FYI, there is also a way to flash on command line with just the “driver package” and “sample root filesystem”.
