Install 2080TI for win10 x64 on openstack kvm error

hi ,i meet a probelm
when i install the RTX 2080 TI drivces on win10x64(vm) ,when i finish install driver,it says"deivce meet problem,windows stop it ,error code 43 .
vm : win10 x64 ( install drivers)
physical host : dell r730 servers with cetos Linux dev0 3.10.0-1062.12.1.el7.x86_64 #1 SMP Tue Feb 4 23:02:59 UTC 2020 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
[root@dev0 ~]# cat /etc/redhat-release
CentOS Linux release 7.7.1908 (Core)

i have create a vm(win10) with the 2080TI direct passthough

vm tech : openstack-T with kvm nove node

please kindly help

my driver version :442.59-desktop-win10-64bit-international-dch-whql .exe for win10 x64

You have to hide the hypervisor from the vm.
