installation problem for GTX 480 "developer drivers" (32 & 64 bit)

We did not able to install “developer drivers” for our GTX 480 graphics card (Zotac GeForce GTX 480 1536MB)
We tried both 32 bit and 64 bit Windows 7 (professional) but it still did not worked.

197.75_desktop_win7_winvista_64bit_english_whql
devdriver_3.0_winvista-win7_64_197.13_general (this one fails, 32 bit version also fails)

Any suggestions?
