Is using jetson_clocks with nvpmodel 2 have a negative impact on the Jetson NX lifetime?

Hi,

I want to use Jetson NX continuously for a long time (more than a year e.g.) without turning it off while it runs a Deepstream pipeline with detection and tracking. Could using jetson_clocks with nvpmodel=2 have a negative impact on the Jetson NX lifespan even if I control the temperature?

Hi Aref,

The jetson_clocks with nvpmodel=2 is in our spec, that should not have module life impact if under a good temperature control , please have a reference to section “4.1 Operating and Absolute Maximum Ratings” at Jetson Xavier NX Module Data Sheet
