Does running nvpmodel -m 0 for longterm will affect the lifetime of the nano module? this is for the commecial module and we are using active cooling, maintaining the temperature at 26 - 30C.

To run the given script to maximum system performance with active cooling, maintaining the temperature at 26 - 30C should be no impacted on the lifetime. The Jetson Nano production Module is implemented to meet safety and reliability standards.
