Isaac Sim 2023.1.1 Startup very slowly

Hello everyone!

Setup:
Just running the standalone_examples the jetbot_move.py

run like: python.bat jetbot_move.py
Other programs with SimulationApp methods are similar to this.

This is being run on windows11 desktop with RTX4060 and Intel i7-14700HX and 64g RAM

Problem
Why does it take so long startup? It will take about 3 minutes or more to start successfully. Whether the headless is False or True, it will take a lot of time, which is difficult to accept and greatly affects the development of the project.
