Good morning,
I’m new to the community and I’ve had a problem using Isaac Sim.
It turns out that, when running the launcher, the program crashes without being able to open, sometimes even “freezing” my computer.
I have made sure to install the drivers correctly, as well as to have an optimal device according to the requested specifications (I show them in the attached image).
The strangest thing of all is that, on some occasions, the program does manage to open and allow me to work normally. What could be the reason on some occasions it works and on others it doesn’t? I attach the logs in the case of a crash (the first) and in the case of normal operation (the second).

Thank you and greetings.
Hi. Isaac Sim 2023.1.1 may not support the 550 drivers. Please upgrade to Isaac Sim 4.0.0.
Hi,
I have installed Isaac Sim 4.0.0 and when I click to the button “launch” nothing happens…
When I try to run Isaac sim from the terminal with /.local/share/ov/pkg/isaac-sim-4.0.0/isaac-sim.sh -v
, I am getting the messages from the text attach:
Animation.txt (74.4 KB)
What can I do now?
Thanks and greetings.
Hi. Are you on the recommended drivers?
It looks like your config file is not correct. Run with the --reset-user
flag to reset the config.
Hi,
I try to use that flag and the program keeps crashing.
I get the following log file:
kit_20240626_171558.log (621.7 KB)
According to the Isaac Sim Compatibility app, I have the correct drivers (Nvidia 550.54.15).
Thanks and greetings.
