Topic Description

Detailed Description

I’m studying Course Detail | NVIDIA -V1: Tutorial for DLI+S-OV-29+V1. The tutorial uses 4.2.0, while I use 4.5.0. I found that the phenomenon is completely different from the tutorial video, and it cannot fall. The content in the carter is also different from the video. If possible, could you please update a video based on Isaac SIM 4.5.0

The model I downloaded
I tried downloading an Isaac SIM 4.2.0 and found that the model parsing results imported by Isaac SIM 4.2.0 and 4.5.0 were different. The imported model was the same. I looked at Isaac SIM 4.2.0 and couldn’t follow the next steps in the tutorial when using 4.5.0. I hope you can update the latest Isaac SIM tutorial

Besides the assets used, could you also provide the course link? Thanks.

Thank you for your feedback! Updating a course to match the latest Isaac Sim release is indeed a resource-intensive process—it often involves re-recording videos, retesting every step, and updating all screenshots and instructions.

Let’s focus on the specific issue you mentioned with the object not falling as expected:

Did you encounter this issue in Isaac Sim 4.5.0? Could you specify which steps in the course the issue occurs?

As shown in the picture above, when I was operating 4.2.0 in the video, I had no idea what to do in 4.5.0

Please also provide your feedback via the “Contact Us” link on the course page.
