Jetpack 4.4 debian package for Yocto build

We are trying to build the meta-tegra layer using Yocto.
https://github.com/OE4T/meta-tegra/tree/dunfell-l4t-r32.4.3
Where can we download the jetpack 4.4 debian packages?
Example packages:
cuda-driver-dev-10-0_10.2.89-1_arm64.deb

cuda-nvcc-10-0_10.2.89-1_arm64.deb

cuda-misc-headers-10-0_10.2.89-1_arm64.deb

If you download the driver package or using sdkmanager, the debian package will be under your Linux_for_Tegra.

Example:
nvidia/nvidia_sdk/JetPack_4.5_Linux_JETSON_TX2/Linux_for_Tegra/nv_tegra/l4t_deb_packages

However, this does not include the cuda. The cuda package is download separately. You can install sdkmanager on host first and check the download content.
