JetPack 4.6 UDP package loss

I used the iperf3 tool for flow testing
server: ierpf3 -s
client : iperf3 -u -c src_ip -b 1000m -t 10 -P 24
On tx2 JetPack 3.3 there is no packet loss
On Xavier JetPack 4.6 the packet loss rate is more than 90%

Use the dropwatch tool to view the packet loss location at ip_do_fragment and ip_defrag
server site:

Please upgrade jetpack version and see if issue is still there.

If possible, also try jp5.
