Jetson AGX Orin 32GB/64GB module busy spin

Hi NVIDIA,
目前有遇到以下幾點狀況：
1.使用AGX Orin 64GB module燒錄(r35.3.1)的版本並使用我們的carrier board在開機時會出現"Busy Spin"的訊息並卡住
busyspin.log (4.5 KB)
2.使用AGX Orin 32GB module燒錄(r35.3.1)的版本也是會發生一樣情況,開機時與64G的log是一樣的(“Busy spin”)
(32GB版本燒錄先前porting過的(r35.1)版本下是正常的)
3.把出現"Busy Spin"的module拿到agx orin developer kit上是可以正常開機的

目前看起來是,
燒錄完r35.3.1版本跑在我們的carrier board上都會出現"Busy Spin"的訊息,
所以想請問在r35.3.1的版本下有需要再額外修改什麼設定嗎?

Could you share the log with same module but on devkit to us?

使用AGX Orin 64G module

The RAM code is different on your board and devkit.

That could be the cause. Same module shall not run into different ram code. Please review the design guide document for the strap pin info.

This is hardware design document. There is no software to design here.
