Jetson AGX Xavier external PCIe and UFS card are Not Detected

Xavier dev kit external PCIe and UFS card are Not Detected
According to the documentation provided by nvidia, any external pcie card and a UFS card can be installed.
But In our Dev kit, the device is not detected.
But M.2 NVMe cards do. anyone had this problem?

Searching for pci devices using the lspci command does not detect external PCIE and UFS cards.
We used PCIe card UFS card Part number are below.

I saw some i2c errors. Is this a stock development kit, or does it use another carrier board? If a different carrier board, was the device tree updated for that board? For anything PCIe, is this an FPGA (or anything which needs the card to boot before the system can detect it)?
