pcie can't work

Hi,bellow is booting log and dmesg about “lspci -vv”,sorry about taht i don’t know how to attach a fie.I want to use pcie C0x4 to connect with FPGA,but there is no C0 itself and device (FPGA).And the hardware designer said there is no PEX_CLK0_P/N output ,does the pair of pins need pinmux configuratons or not? Thanks!

Hi,
Where did you get this information that C0 is not available in Jetson-Xavier? It is very much there and M.2 Key-M slot (which is sandwiched between baseboard and module board). The fact that I see log for ‘14180000’ address also confirms you have C0 enabled in your system. Please connect an NVMe SSD to the M.2 Key-M slot that is present and you should be seeing the NVMe drive getting enumerated as well.
