Jetson Nano and ZED Camera USB Connection Issues

Hi, I am having a problem with my ZED Camera when I want to retrieve video feed with a resolution higher than VGA. When I checked the “ZED Diagnostic”, it shows me that the camera is plugged to the USB 2.0 port. How can I fix this problem? I tried all four ports with nothing else connected.

We can’t reproduce your issue.
I connected ZED camera on USB port directly and preview with 2560x720, it’s workable.
And detected the device is SuperSpeed USB device.

Please check your power supply rated at “5V⎓2A” and try unplug and plug-in your USB ZED camera.
