Jetson nano J1010 Stuck when installation at 99%

I am currently installing the OS on the Jetson Nano J1010 and now it has reached 99%. It has been running for a very, very long time and I have not reached 100%. What is the reason?
Although I am sure that Recovery mode is enabled (connect the FC REC pin and the GND pin)
Does anyone know what the problem is?

I use JetPack 4.6.6

I found the solution to the problem, I was flashing Ubuntu 18.04 on virtual box But then I tried VMware as a virtual machine instead of virtualbox, and it worked very well
