Jetson nano-jetpack version

Hi,
I downloaded the latest version of sd card image for my jetson nano and flashed the same from this link :Get Started With Jetson Nano Developer Kit | NVIDIA Developer
but when I am checking for the jetpack version getting as : # R32 (release), REVISION: 7.4
Is this the latest version of jetpack ?
If No, how to download the latest version ?

Can you tell me the tensorflow compatible version for the above jetpack version

completed all the steps successfully. But, when I’m trying to run the code got error as - illegal instruction (core dumped)
