Hello,
I am a university student from Korea currently working with a mobile robot called LIMO. My LIMO was originally running Ubuntu 18.04 with ROS1 Melodic.
I recently attempted to upgrade the system to Ubuntu 20.04, but I believe I accidentally installed the PC version instead of the Jetson Nano version, which caused an OS conflict.
Here are the hardware details:
- NVIDIA Jetson Nano module
- Board version: 2022/03/16 NANO AUDIO CARD V1.0 BY LRY
To restore the system, I downloaded JetPack 4.6.1, flashed it onto an SD card, and booted the Jetson Nano. After the NVIDIA logo appeared, the Ubuntu desktop came up but I received the following error message:
“The installer encountered an unrecoverable error. A desktop session will now be run so that you may investigate the problem or try installing again.”
Does anyone know what might be causing this issue or how to resolve it?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!
