I just got a Jetson Nano Dev kit and I tried to set it up according to the manual. However, I had no luck so far. The power LED is not powering at all, no matter what type of power adapter or micro USB cable I use.

Try re-flashing with SDK Manager.
How do I do this if I don’t have an Linux PC?
You do need a x86 Ubuntu PC.
There is no other way.
