Hi,

We have a brand-new Orin consumer module (900-13701-0040-000) connected to a custom board.
After the power sequence, the board correctly raises the CARRIER_POWER_ON signal. Following this, we are attempting to put the board into RCM using the Recovery Button to flash it. However, we cannot detect any USB device when connecting the recovery USB.

Do we need to configure any of the fuses to enable the USB interface in RCM? I have seen documentation about configuring USB3 for RCM (Flashing Support — NVIDIA Jetson Linux Developer Guide 1 documentation). Is this step necessary?

Hi, I would like to report an issue, my question is… on a brand new unflashed board which have raised the CARRIER_POWER_ON signal and after booting the board in recovery mode… should i see an usb device out of the box? or i have to set the fuses first? Thanks

Is the module normal with devkit carrier board? Is your custom carrier board normal with other module?
