JETSON ORIN NANO is not booting

Hi,
I tried to setup my ETSON ORIN NANO for the 1st time, but it seems no be defective. When powerin up, the fan spins and green LED is on. But blank/black screen

1- Used monitor and DP
I used two different monitors and DP cables (DP-DP). black screen , no NVIDIA logo nor anything else
2- Used a USB to TTL Serial Cable Built-in FTDI FT232RL IC 1.8M/5.9FT and connected it to my mac. Same result. Tested the cable. the cable is working correctly and also had the right port

Hi,

Please try to setup a native ubuntu and install sdk manager to full flash the device.

The whole system is dead. It need to be replaced

Hi,

RMA is only applicable in the case of a hardware defect. Please re-flash the device to perform a reset, then verify whether it operates correctly.
