Jetson Orin NX is not booting

Hi,

I faced the issue that my Jetson Orin NX stopped booting. While booting i see lines such as on the picture and after trying to run a job for /dev/ttyTCU0 for 1,5 minutes it just turn off the screen and nothing happen then.
I got some really important info on Jetson so i can’t just remove and reinstall OS from it.

Help me please.

I am also facing the same issue with seeed studio carrier board. Did you able to get a resolution for this issue?

Please help record the serial console log.

Also some questions to confirm:

  • Is your Orin NX using a dev kit or a carrier board?

Hi!

Already ordered usb-ttl cable. Will return with the logs.

We notice you use older JP version.

Please try flash to latest JP version like 36.4.4 and cross check whether issue exists.

Am I able to flash JP from SDK? And would this operation cause erasing data from Jetson?
