问题描述：
设备启动阶段进入恢复模式bash 5.0；可能是硬盘没插好多次启动失败导致进入recovery bash，我们现在不需要nvidia的OTA升级功能以及不需要recovery bash功能，如果启动失败直接重启即可，请问如何配置关闭OTA和recovery bash？

did you have root file system redundancy enabled?
please check $ sudo nvbootctrl -t rootfs dump-slots-info.
or.. it’s boot failure reaching the maximum retry conunts for a single boot-chain,
see-also bootchain_retry_count, it’s by default as 15 times.
anyways, let’s figure out the root cause.
please setup serial console and gather the complete UART logs for reference.
