I think you might be better served in a different forum category. To be able to sort you into the right one, could you tell me which Orin model exactly you are using? AGX, NX or Nano?

One thing that you should also check is the documentation of the Jetson SDK Manager, this is usually the recommend way to get your Jetson into the state as it was on delivery.
For more advanced usage if you for example still have a backup of an OS image, check out how to flash a Jetson device.
