Jetson Xavier Dev Kit J512 USB3.1 type C PD controller binary

the Cypress CYPD4226-40LQXIT is used on the dev kit as the PD controller.

was told from Cypress, the binary needs to be provided by Nvidia.

where can I find the binary for the Cypress CYPD4226-40LQXIT
