I want to download Jetson AGX Xavier Developer Kit Carrier Board Design Files
from

Yes, I download it from Jetson Download Center | NVIDIA Developer but also failed.

Is there any access rights?

I didn’t seethe problem at server site, you need to login to developer site to download the design file.
Can you clean all cache and cookie from browser to try again?
Or please try with another browser.
