Jetson Xavier NX (DDR 16G) flash failed

Hi,
We got Xavier NX with DDR:16G SOM recently and try to use the following command to flash image with L4T32.6.1 and it failed:
sudo ./flash.sh jetson-xavier-nx-devkit-emmc mmclk0p1
here is the console log:

We also using SDK Manager and try to flash L4T32.6.1.1 to the same SOM and also got failed. Here is the SDK Manager terminal log:

Have any idea about how to flash the image to the Xavier NX DDR 16G SOM ?

Thanks

The Xavier NX 16GB SOM is not supported by current JetPack 4.6/L4T 32.6.1.
Please wait for the upcoming JetPack release or contact with our Nvidia representative for more information.

Thanks
