NX-16GB can not flash to nvme for L4T 32.6.1

Hi,
I’m trying to flash to nvme for L4T_32.6.1 on NX-16GB.I install “XNX-16GB-r32.6.1-overlay.tbz2”.
The command I used:

sudo ./tools/kernel_flash/l4t_initrd_flash.sh --external-device nvme0n1p1 -c ./tools/kernel_flash/flash_l4t_nvme.xml -S 220GiB --showlogs jetson-xavier-nx-devkit-emmc nvme0n1p1

The system can not boot normally and stuck in bootloader logo.

This works on nx-8GB.And I can also successfully flash to emmc on NX-16GB.
Can you tell me where is wrong?

Hi, We got Xavier NX with DDR :16G SOM recently and try to use the following command to flash our image which is flashed and booted successfully from 8G SOM befor，but if we flash bootloader and rootfs images with one command: Linux_for_Tegra/tools/kernel_flash/l4t_initrd_flash.sh --external-device nvme0n1p1 -c tools/kernel_flash/flash_l4t_external.xml --showlogs ms-nx-dvt2-nvme internal our system stops at bootloader logo on monitor screen when startup.
