jtop cannot retrieve the JetPack version

The operation was performed according to the following link. The JetPack version can be retrieved on JP6.2, but cannot be retrieved on JP6.2.1.

按照如下链接操作的，jp6.2能获取到版本，但是jp6.2.1无法获取到jetpack版本
