Keyboard and Mouse not Working on Jetson Nano

I am booting up my Nano and I’m unable to SSH into the machine over a shared network. Additionally I cannot connect keyboard or mouse to login after the machine is done booting up. Working on JetPack version 6.0 Developer Preview with L4T 36.21. Let me know what steps to follow next. Thanks

Hi cjhsd4gws9,

Are you using the devkit or custom board for Orin Nano?

Could you update to the latest JP6.0GA(R36.3) to verify since DP release may not stable to be used?

I believe I am using the devkit. I don’t think I’m aware of how to update to R36.3. Could you refer me to a place for that? Thank you!

For the devkit, you can simply use SDK manager to update it to the latest R36.3.0.
Install Jetson Software with SDK Manager — SDK Manager 2.1.0 documentation (nvidia.com)

Is there any option for proceeding forward that does not involve SDK Manager? My understanding is that it is not possible to install that software on MacOS

Are you using ARM based or x86 based MacOS?

Do you have x86-64 ubuntu host PC?

I am using ARM based MacOS and do not have an x86-64 ubuntu based PC.

Sorry that we didn’t verify it on ARM based MacOS.

Do you have the serial console log could be shared?

Incidentally, the DP had a lot of issues. There is a full release out, and even if things did work with the DP, you’d still be advised to go to a full release.
