libEGL.so is missing in Jetson TX2

After Flashing L4T 32.1 ubuntu 18.04 to Jetson TX2 using SDK manager 0.9.12.4180

i couldn’t find libEGL.so,libGLESv2.so…etc in /usr/lib/aarch64-linux-gnu/tegra-egl
only below files are there.
ld.so.conf
libEGL_nvidia.so.0
libGLESv1_CM_nvidia.so.1
libGLESv2_nvidia.so.2
nvidia.json

Please provide me why this happened

Hi,
The two are at

/usr/lib/aarch64-linux-gnu/libEGL.so
/usr/lib/aarch64-linux-gnu/libGLESv2.so

While I installing the ubuntu package

sudo apt-get install'.*libxcb.*' libxrender-dev libxi-dev libfontconfig1-dev libudev-dev

I am getting the error

update-initramfs: Generating /boot/initrd.img-4.9.140-tegra
Warning: couldn't identify filesystem type for fsck hook, ignoring.
/sbin/ldconfig.real: Warning: ignoring configuration file that cannot be opened: /etc/ld.so.conf.d/aarch64-linux-gnu_EGL.conf: No such file or directory

Could you please help me to fix this issue.

Hi,
Other users who have ever installed these packages may share you experience.

Actually i need to create a QT cross compiling environment for Jetson TX2 with Ubuntu 18.04 and My Host machine is of Ubuntu 16.04.
Is there any document for that

Hi I have same problem, but on Jetson Nano when I use sudo apt-get upgrade:

Processing triggers for initramfs-tools (0.130ubuntu3.8) …
update-initramfs: Generating /boot/initrd.img-4.9.140-tegra
Warning: couldn’t identify filesystem type for fsck hook, ignoring.
I: The initramfs will attempt to resume from /dev/zram3
I: (UUID=fdb403d3-2a4e-4b96-8284-ee2be4a35d2f)
I: Set the RESUME variable to override this.
/sbin/ldconfig.real: Warning: ignoring configuration file that cannot be opened: /etc/ld.so.conf.d/aarch64-linux-gnu_EGL.conf: No such file or directory
/sbin/ldconfig.real: Warning: ignoring configuration file that cannot be opened: /etc/ld.so.conf.d/aarch64-linux-gnu_GL.conf: No such file or directory

I see that the issue incurs in the many Jetson Nano machines. Even Jetsonhacks has the problem. Do you figure out a solution to the issue?

I get
sudo update-initramfs -u
[sudo] password for tbuckley:
update-initramfs: Generating /boot/initrd.img-4.9.140-tegra
Warning: couldn’t identify filesystem type for fsck hook, ignoring.
I: The initramfs will attempt to resume from /dev/zram5
I: (UUID=5fb289c2-f296-43fe-87af-73186e54c5a5)
I: Set the RESUME variable to override this.

When are you going to fix this problem.

Terry

@kayccc why is this thread not solved. Is anybody looking at it?

please change the title to “sudo update-initramfs -u fails”

Warning: ignoring configuration file that cannot be opened: /etc/ld.so.conf.d/aarch64-linux-gnu_EGL.conf: No such file or directory
Warning: ignoring configuration file that cannot be opened: /etc/ld.so.conf.d/aarch64-linux-gnu_GL.conf: No such file or directory

Thanks,
Terry
