Hello,

I have a Jetson Nano with Python 3.6. I got an error when running “from ._openmp_helpers import _openmp_parallelism_enabled”:

ImportError: /usr/lib/aarch64-linux-gnu/libgomp.so.1: cannot allocate memory in static TLS block

How to fix it?
