Loading the World doesn't work in Isaac Sim via LOAD button + UI error (Task Exception Was Never Received)

When I follow 1. Hello World — Omniverse Robotics documentation and click on LOAD button to load the world, I get an exception bottom of screen but there seems to be some UI glitches which cause me not to be able to see part of Isaac Sim screen (even in maximized window setting).

Any tips on these two?
