I have successfully completed my registration for the NVIDIA Developer Program,
but I am unable to finish the account verification step because Russia is not
included in the list of countries available for phone (SMS) verification.
Could you please assist with manual verification of my account so that I can
generate an API key and start using NVIDIA NIM APIs via build.nvidia.com?

Intended use of NVIDIA NIM:
I plan to use the NIM catalog for independent research and content creation
projects, primarily exploring text-to-image (FLUX family), speech recognition
(Parakeet) and text-to-speech (Riva) models for personal workflows and
experimentation. No commercial redistribution of the models is planned — only
API calls from my local workstation within the free tier limits.
I would really appreciate any guidance on how to complete the verification.
