MODULE_SHDN_N signal in SW shutdown situation

hello, nvidia teams.
We use a Jetson AGX ORIN(64GB) with custom board L4T 35.5.0.

May I know the normal oscilloscope waveform of MODULE_SHDN_N signal in S/W shutdown situation?
Even if I looked at the documents including the design guide, I could not find out the normal waveform.
I would like to compare it with the oscilloscope waveform that can be found on our custom board.

Module Shutdown Request. Used to inform carrier board that a shutdown request has occurred on-module (either software shutdown via SoC, or thermal shutdown).
