I purchased my Jetson Nano Developer Kit about 1-2 months ago, and it arrived in this condition, but I farther troubleshooted it in the meantime. The Display Port and the barrel jack (for power) do not work. In addition to that, the SD card slot does not retain the SD cart, but ejects it every time. The Nano is well within its one-year warranty; what do I need to do to get it exchanged or repaired?
