NANO SOM not working

I had purchased AN110-NAO-EN70 and everything was working. For some reason, it wont boot up anymore. I put in a diff SOM and it boots up, but the original SOM wont boot. Any suggestions to debug why it wont boot or how to do an RMA?

Please understand that custom carrier board is not what we provided. So we cannot guarantee if it can work fine or not.

If you want to validate the SOM, you can use the devkit and try to flash it with sdkmanger.

BTW, this is jetson TX2 forum but not Nano.
