Need Support for Agx Orin (factory reset)

Hi! I have a brand new Nvidia AGX Orin Dev Kit which I am trying to flash to factory default settings. I have Windows primary laptop that I work with and I have tried the VM method to do this, but nothing worked. I need help on restoring this hardware to factory settings as I am running tight on my project deadlines. Can anyone suggest sure shot ways to flash this module?

VM is not supported.
Please download SDK Manager to your host with Ubuntu OS and follow user guide steps to re-flash BSP on AGX-Orin devkit.

I have a windows laptop. I don’t have a Ubuntu PC. How do I proceed from here?

Sorry, you have to use a ubuntu PC.

Sometimes WSL2 can work, but you’ll have a learning curve ahead of you if you go that route.
