Not able to use nvidia-smi command

Recently I have brought new laptop Acer Aspire 7 AMD Ryzen 5 Hexa Core 5500U with NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650. After install Ubuntu 20.04 LTS (5.17.5-051705-generic) running nvidia-smi failure occurs: NVIDIA-SMI has failed because it couldn’t communicate with the NVIDIA driver.

You’re using an incompatible kernel from mainline so the driver doesn’t compile. Pleas either return to the stock kernel or use the liquorix ppa if you need a newer one.
