Nsight Visual Studio Edition 5.1.0.16062 fails to install when configuring VS2013/VS2015 settings

Hi!
I’m trying to install downloaded NVIDIA_Nsight_Visual_Studio_Edition_Win64_5.1.0.16062.msi and it fails during the described stage. Here’s a piece of installer log:
