545.29.02 ghosting/artifacting/stuttering on fullscreen when below monitor framerate

Hi! I have this issue on Wayland when fullscreen gaming (wayland) and the game’s fps are below the screen refresh rate. Doesn’t seem to be related to vrr, no changes with it active, disabled, turned off in the monitor itself… For example, if the screen is set to 144 and the game stays at 80, there is very noticeable ghosting/tearing/artifacting (fullscreen and borderless) but it is fine if playing windowed.
