Not sure if requested the NVIDIA DLI Teaching Kits for Educators
correctly
How do I confirm this?

Hi Jeff - you may have just created your NVIDIA Developer account if you did not have one already. I don’t see any application from you for Teaching Kits program. If you are logged into your NV Dev account the green button here will tell you your state of the program: https://developer.nvidia.com/teaching-kits. It should ask you to apply now if you are logged in.
