Nvidia driver 460-455 won't let ubuntu reboot after installing (geforce 3070)

After installing the latest driver or any other actually for the geforce 3070 gpu, ubuntu can not start again, leading to this error:

Then I have to uninstall the driver from BIOS terminal, in order to start again Ubuntu’s system, can someone help me here?

Please run nvidia-bug-report.sh as root and attach the resulting nvidia-bug-report.log.gz file to your post.
